hot hot hot!
In the sea, we have no air, no fire, no gravity and no color...mostly it's blue.
It's also cool, though it's getting warmer and warmer over time... which is not good for corals and fish and sea mammals and everyone on land.
But the land is getting even warmer than the sea...we found that out when we came ashore to party on the beach and explore inland at Eastern Neck Island.
I have been to Eastern Neck before... me, Meredith, Meri for short...

Stupid gravity... it helps if you have friends with legs... Kai and Genevieve came to help.
We checked out the beach earlier in the day, but it was hot hot hot! And too many humans...
Someone appeared to be teaching them about the island...
So we waited till evening, then came ashore with Kai and Genevieve...
Then we took turns exploring with Kai and Genevieve...
Some of us found a new way to travel... WHERE ARE THE BRAAAAAAKES!!!
The bunny sled could go on sand or grass or even trails. It was kind of hard to keep them on the trails sometimes. They ducked into the woods every time they heard a hawk or eagle... they got worried every time we saw fox tracks too. We told them we'd protect them.
They got tangled up a lot.
They got tangled up a lot.
Finally it was time to go back home, to the sea.
